THE CIRCLE OF LIFE

Hello everybody. It's been a very long time since I have written a blog because Tom has been very very very very busy and I always say, "You have time for what you want to have time for", and then I say, "Everybody has the same 24 hours in their day"! Then he gives me a look and he puts me on the monkey chair and I sit there-motionless and silent for a day...or a week...or a month....Dag nab it! I sat for a long time the last time I bugged him and-speaking of bugs-harumph-but we will get to that.

The last time I blogged, I was going to kill the face of evil. I still have that on my list and let me show you why.......

 

See the sad picture? It is me and my friends looking at the damage that the face of evil left in his path after walking up to my plant and biting it. Gul Dern cat!!!!! Hate Him!

We are very sad and what you see is a wake.

WHOA and a DOUBLE DOSE OF SUPER WHOA!

OMG-It's like magic. Hey look everybody, my plant is not-IS NOT-dead. It is only injured. It is broken and sad and brown and a little bit ugly, but when you look really really close.......IT LIVES........ *<[:-)


I still think I should get a bow and arrow and go after Eddie the cat....but I don't think I need to shoot him anymore. I think I just need to scare him and make him understand that what he did when he bit my plant was the wrong thing to do and I was very sad and it was his fault and I won't be so generous the next time he tries it.

I'm going to take an even closer look at my beautiful plant..............

THE FACE OF PURE EVIL

Hello everybody. Today I want to show you the face of pure evil. Do not be fooled by the innocent looking expression or by the soft and gentle looking furry face. Cute? Yes! Trustworthy? Harumph! I tell you without reservation-it is the face of pure evil. It's name is Eddie and it is hiding now because I am going to sell greeting cards and seeds from the back of a comic book and when I have sold 150 units I am going to get a bow and arrow and I am going to find the nasty gray bum that walked up to my avocado tree and bit it repeatedly until it was chewed up dead. I worked so hard and the face of pure evil killed it and now I have to bury it and I have been crying for 3 days and...Hey...Get in touch if you need any greeting cards or seeds. I have many different kinds. Dona-Don't you need some for your lovely garden? Solia...You could be a scientist and you could plant pods that produce free energy for the masses. Becca...you could get in touch and I'd give you a free greeting card if you send me the money. Lisa...I'm sure I have something that would grow in Oregon. Katy-You could send a card to Yvette. Please buy lots...everybody...I really want to take care of the face of evil ASAP. What if Eddie chews on Nick...what then? I have a duty to the world and I won't shirk it. I will be successful and the face of evil will understand that I am not AM NOT some one to get on the bad side of. I really miss my tree....I will post memory pictures of it in a day or so.

TIME TO GET A FLU SHOT....OOOOH MY!

Hello everybody...Mahalo (huh?). Whoa-today is gong to be a challenging day. Tom said that since I was under the streets of Hollywood for so long, I may have been exposed to a variety of icky. He checked me for lice and for the creeping crud, but he said that I couldn't be sure about other things too small to see. Then he said that I might be contagious with things that other people might get and that that is what contagious means and that I needed to be a considerate monkey and get a flu shot. When he found me in my hiding place the next day he said that it wouldn't hurt because I was a stuffed animal and that when I was made, I was made without nerves and so he said "really-it won't hurt". My cousin Kathryn also said that it wouldn't hurt and she is a nurse, so I stopped making a fuss and off we went through the snow to the shot place. We knew it was the shot place because there was a sign.

We went inside the place and a lady in a white dress said "don't worry little monkey-this won't hurt a bit, let me show you". Then she held up a thing like I had never seen before and I screamed and tried to run but they caught me and she said "Really little monkey, do you remember when the grandma with the glasses on a chain around her neck made you and she kept sticking a needle with a thread attached into and out of your body? That didn't hurt....did it?" And then she held up the thing again and I remembered that needles do hurt and I looked at it and I wanted to cry.......

The lady in the white dress said, "There, there, little monkey-this will be over before you know" and she poked me with the needle and IT WENT ALL THE WAY THROUGH MY ARM AND CAME OUT THE OTHER SIDE......WHOA (Kathryn lied) AND I COULDN'T BELIEVE WHAT I WAS SEEING.....for the first time in my life, I didn't know what to say..........

But it got better-lots better. The lady in the white dress put a big wrappy thing around my arm and kissed me on the head and then she gave me TWO lolly pops...whoa, two.

I was a happy monkey......with a sore arm...but happy nonetheless. When I got home I was even happier!!!!!

Judy and Tom got me the biggest box of chocolates ever (and I'm not going to share) and they got me two avocados (and I'm not going to share) and they got me a six pack of beer (and I'm not going to share) and two bananas (and I'm not going to share) and two boxes of Cocoa Puffs. 

I'm going to smash the Cocoa puffs with my feet and turn them into chocolate wine-Yum.

Well-that's how my flu shot went so if anybody wants to come over and play checkers with me (Lisa?) then you can do so without fear of flu the next day...I am a considerate little monkey....with a very sore arm and an elevated caloric intake.
